Eligibility for Returns

Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Item Condition

The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, packaging, and any certificates of authenticity intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and artistic reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized crafts
  • Items listed as "Final Sale"
  • Any item that shows signs of use, alteration, or damage not present upon original delivery

The Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us First

To start a return, you must first contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within the 24-hour window. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

If your return is approved, we will email you detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization number. Do not ship returns without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage in transit
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Issued Only Under Specific Conditions

Refunds are processed only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The item arrived in a damaged or defective condition
  • The return is a direct result of an error on our part
